Consultancy
 Our
consultancy service is designed to provide a flexible
approach to support your heath & safety initiatives. We
can provide varying levels of support as required and
all services offered can be purchased as individual
projects or as part of our full consultancy package.
Our lead consultant, Eric Kos, has a background in production management and health and safety consultancy
and he has worked
in many different industries with a wide variety of
working environments. This experience provides a wealth
of knowledge of the practical constraints faced by
clients with the ability to provide commercially-viable
solutions.
Eric has worked with a wide variety of clients, either
directly or through other agencies e.g. Groundwork and
the Manufacturing Institute. The types of businesses
include catering and hospitality, childcare,
construction, engineering, health and social care,
leisure, manufacturing, motor vehicle repair, plastics,
recycling, retail, rubber, textiles, warehousing, waste
management and re-cycling, woodworking and furniture.

Our Comprehensive Health & Safety
Consultancy Package
The full consultancy package typically takes ten days
and covers a 12 – 18 month period. We will work on site
with you to develop and install health and safety
disciplines. We will guide and train your managers and
employees to understand, accept and adopt their health
and safety responsibilities. Following this we will
continue to provide telephone advice, regular newsletter
and any additional support as required. The services
provided in the full consultancy package are as follows:
